broke on arrival
installed batteries, did not work, returned same day. still waiting for replacement. at that time, hopefully, i can give better review.

My husband has covid 19 I was told to watch his oxygen levels I bought this product when I called And explained that it didn't work that I tried to change the bartteries the product still didn't work the woman I spoke with didn't want to know anything I again explained there is covid in the house she told me I had to return the item not caring about putting others at risk I told her I didn't want a replacement not worth it but she wouldn't stop please help me I want a refund and don't want a second one that is useless
