Horrible product
I just received my soundbar and subwoofer and I can only hear it if I stand right next to it.

There’s a connection device that’s not included . The volume is less than my Living room TV so it’s going in the Office.

Good product
Not quite as loud as I would have preferred but it could just be my TV. It does work well and very simple to hook up. Kind of expensive for what it is but too some like myself it was worth it.

Wouldn't buy this item it does not hook up link up to your TV it's poor quality you can't get the whole customer service for the manufacturer manufacturer don't buy it B
